To begin your subscription simply add your preferred subscription plan (30 or 60 days) to your basket and proceed to pay as normal.The delivery address you choose for this first order will automatically apply to your future subscription deliveries.

The initial payment will be charged at the time of checkout. For subsequent boxes, payments are automatically scheduled, and your billing date will be determined by your choice of delivery frequency, to ensure that we only dispatch a box when you need it (e.g. if your previous box was ordered on January 10th with a delivery frequency of 30 days, then your next billing date will be February 9th).

Just head to “My Account” and navigate to your “Active Subscriptions”. You may change your next order quantity, next order date or update your order frequency!

Yes, you can and at any time you wish to. Just head to “My Account” and navigate to “Pause / Cancel” to select your option. 

Yes! If you change address during the term of your subscription, you can do this via your account and it will take effect the following month.
