Never knew muscle cramp was caused by dehydration - took this without much expectation and IT WORKSS. I dont feel as fatigue after my workouts so that is a good sign too

My first order. The vanilla flavour taste great with warm or cold water. Since taking it, I have yet to see significant overall effect but there's slight improvement on my skin.

This product is good as i have been using it for past 5-6 years or so. However i did not experience any difference despite the recent upgrade of products. Further i am also not very happy as there are no benefits to regular and faithful consumers
Have been ordering till today. Really liked them. The collagen work wonders for me. Keeps my skin dewy and "bouncy" even though I am already 54 this year. Most collagen seems to focus on skin. After trying Keyes, the pain gradually eases. I stopped using keyyes for a bit and after sometime I started to feel the pain again. Then I tried taking keyyes again and the pain eases. I guess it has to do with Keyes. Also, I like the taste. It blends in with any drinks that I am taking.
