Never knew muscle cramp was caused by dehydration - took this without much expectation and IT WORKSS. I dont feel as fatigue after my workouts so that is a good sign too

Most collagen seems to focus on skin. After trying Keyes, the pain gradually eases. I stopped using keyyes for a bit and after sometime I started to feel the pain again. Then I tried taking keyyes again and the pain eases. I guess it has to do with Keyes. Also, I like the taste. It blends in with any drinks that I am taking.

the powder is so fine and the best part is it can be mixed into hot beverages. however, the mix berry taste doesn't really suit hot beverage. perfect into smoothies or chilled drinks. really nice fragrant. but I've noticed there is maltodextrin as one of the ingredients. Looking forward to improve on this as maltodextrin is not a good for our body. overall, is a very good collagen powder. highly recommended.

Well, i recently tried my first bottle of Collagen with mct oil.. While I haven't noticed any significant overall effect yet, but yet my skin doesn't feel dry anymore, which is a positive change for me. Yeayy. I like the taste esp when mixing it with cold water. Have been taking on collagen vanilla powder since dec 23. I can say my knee joints is no longer as painful as before. I can easily squat up & down without assistance. I also started to try the Genesis 75000 product. Can't see the effect yet since it is only 1st month trying. Ordered 2nd box already as it says after 2-3 months can see the impact.
